摘　　要：系统介绍抽取内插,尤其是整数倍抽取内插处理的理论,并基于数学推导和建模分别介绍优化后可适用于工程实现的滤波器结构。同时,从系统设计的角度出发,分别给出适用于电子战信号处理的系统设计方案和仿真模型,并从仿真和工程两个维度验证该理论的适用性与实用性。The software-defined radio, with special focus on the multi-rate signal processing theory, is described. Otherwise the architecture of the optimized filter, which is adapted on projects, is also introduced. Meanwhile based on those, the system design methods and simulation models for the electronic warfare are introduced. The applicability of this proposed method in perspectives of simulation and engineering is verified.
