摘 要:为了加快新型非织造材料的发展和应用,从成网技术和加固技术两个领域概述国内外非织造技术的最新研究成果及发展现状,对未来的非织造行业提出新的发展方向和趋势。首先,在近年来国内外相关研究的基础上,从干法成网技术、湿法成网技术、纺丝直接成网技术、针刺加固技术和水刺加固技术等5个方面综述非织造技术的最新进展;其次,在新兴战略性非织造产业发展的需求下,对今后10年内及30年内非织造材料的成网技术和加固技术的发展趋势做出展望,提出应该继续加强非织造产业的技术研发工作的建议,以进一步提高国际竞争力。In order to accelerate the development and application of new nonwoven materials,the latest research results and development status of nonwoven technology at home and abroad were summarized from two fields of web forming technology and bonding technology,and the new development direction and trends of nonwoven industry in the future were put forward.Firstly,on the basis of relevant researches at home and abroad in recent years,the latest progresses of nonwoven technology were summarized from five aspects,including dry-laid technology,wet-laid technology,spunlaid technology,needle punching technology and spunlace technology.Secondly,under the demands for the development of the emerging strategic nonwoven industry,the development trends of web forming technology and bonding technology for nonwoven materials in the later 10 years and 30 years were prospected,and it was suggested that the technological research and development work in the nonwoven industry should be continuely reinforced to further improve the international competitiveness.
