浅谈枕头坝水电站运行值班风险分析及其对策

摘　　要：基于枕头坝水电站在目前500 kV开关站接线方式和10 kV厂用电运行方式下,对电站运行人员在值班过程中存在的风险展开了逐一分析,使运行值班人员在日常工作过程中对有可能出现的风险在心理和工作安排上做好提前部署,有针对性的策略与解决方法,从而在遇到风险时能避免或者使其影响最小化,保证电站设备安全稳定运行。The operation duty risks of the operators in Zhentouba Hydropower Station under the current 500 kV substation wiring mode and 10 kV auxiliary power operation mode are analyzed.Thus,the operators on duty can prepare for the possible risks in the daily work in psychology and the work arrangement in advance.With targeted strategies and solutions,the impact of the risks can be avoided or minimized to ensure the safe and stable operation of the station.
