摘　　要：工作场所社会心理危险因素及其对健康、经济的影响已成为发达工业化国家职业安全和健康领域最具挑战性的问题,且已对我国人群健康、经济产生影响,并有愈加凸显的趋势,这是我们必须要面对的问题,宜尽早制定因应之策。本文介绍了欧美国家工作场所社会心理危险因素的定义和范围、健康危害和经济影响、研究方向及其预防控制措施,并给我国今后工作场所社会心理危险因素的科学研究、预防控制工作提出一些建议。Psychosocial hazards in the workplace and their health and economic effects have been major challenges for occupational safety and health facing developed and industrialized countries, and also have affected, with a more prominent trend, the population health and economic development in China, which we have to face and tackle. This paper introduced the definitions and components, health and economic implications, and current research focuses of psychosocial hazards in the workplace in western countries, and proposed suggestions on future scientific research and prevention and control of workplace psychosocial hazards for China.
