摘 要:针对战术导弹战斗部在意外激源下的安全性问题,结合数值模拟、安全阈值判据与典型试验验证手段,提出了一种战术导弹战斗部安全性综合评估方法。首先,利用有限元软件计算战斗部在不同工况条件下响应特性。其次,开展含能材料冲击加载试验,获取含能材料安全阈值,评估结构响应数值模拟结果。最后,通过典型工况下的试验对战斗部安全性进行评估验证。采用该综合评估方法对某型战斗部12 m跌落工况进行了安全性评估及试验验证,两者结果吻合较好,证明了该评估方法的可行性。Aiming at the safety problem of missile warheads under external accident source,a comprehensive safety evaluation method of tactical missile warhead safety was proposed by combining numerical simulation,thresholds of energetic materials and experimental verification. Firstly,the response of warhead under different working conditions were achieved by numerical simulations. Then,impact experiments were conducted on warhead energetic materials to obtain the safety thresholds,which were used to evaluate the safety of numerical simulation results of structural response of warheads. Finally,the safety evaluation method was verified by the experiments under typical working conditions. Safety evaluation on a typical warhead undergoing a fall of 12 m was performed by using the method. The evaluation results agreed well with the corresponding experimental results,which demonstrated the reliability of the proposed safety evaluation method.
