下睑眶隔脂肪疝的MSCT测量及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨正常人年龄、BMI与下睑袋脂肪疝出程度的可能动态变化关系,为下睑成形术式入路的选择提供一定的参考依据。方法:回顾性收集2011年-2019年的150例志愿者的眼眶MSCT资料,使用拟合圆法定量测定表示下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度,并同时收集记录志愿者的年龄、BMI。按年龄分为10~29岁组,30~60岁组及60岁以上组,分别分析上述两组的年龄、BMI与下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度之间的直线相关性,并求得直线回归方程。结果:随着年龄、BMI增加,下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度呈增长趋势。①在30~60岁组中,下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度与年龄、BMI成显著正相关(R 2=0.89,P<0.05),直线回归方程为Y=0.005X1+0.004X2+0.181;②在60岁以上组中,下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度与年龄、BMI成正相关(R 2=0.64,P<0.05),直线回归方程为Y=0.009X1+0.004X2+0.62。结论:下睑眶隔脂肪疝出程度与年龄、BMI存在显著的相关性。Objective To explore the possible dynamic relationship between the age,BMI and the degree of lower eyelid fat herniation,which will provide a certain reference basis for the selection of lower eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods Orbital MSCT data of 150 volunteers from 2011 to 2019 were retrospectively collected.The degree of hernia of lower eyelid orbital fat was quantitatively measured by fi tting circle method.At the same time,the age and BMI of the volunteers was also collected and recorded.The group was divided into 10-29 years old group,30-60 years old group and 60 years old group.All data were statistically analyzed.Results With the increase of age and BMI,the hernia degree of lower eyelid fat presented an increasing trend.①In the group aged 30-60 years,the degree of hernia of lower eyelid orbital fat was signifi cantly positively correlated with age and BMI(R2=0.89,P<0.05),and the linear regression equation was Y=0.005X1+0.004X2+0.181.②In the group over 60 years old,the hernia degree of lower eyelid orbital fat was positively correlated with age and BMI(R2=0.64,P<0.05),the linear regression equation was Y=0.009X1+0.004X2+0.62.Conclusion The hernia degree of orbital fat is significantly correlated with age and BMI.
