摘　　要：目的:探讨应用脱细胞异体真皮填充矫治面部凹陷的临床效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月,对笔者科室收治的25例面部凹陷患者行外科手术治疗,均采用脱细胞异体真皮填充重塑面部轮廓,并观察其效果。结果:所有患者切口均一期愈合。随访6个月~3年,外观自然,无填充物下垂及填充不足发生,面部凹陷明显改善,填充组织无排异、吸收等并发症,效果满意。结论:脱细胞异体真皮具有成活率高、充填自然、手术简单等优点,可作为矫治面部凹陷畸形的理想填充材料。Objective To investigate the effects of fi lling in allogeneic acellular dermis to correct facial depression.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,25 patients with facial depression admitted to our department were treated with allogeneic acellular dermis after the stabilization of deformity process,and the effect was observed.Results Postoperatively,all patients were healed primarily.Follow up for 6 months to 3 years,all of them had achieved a natural appearance without any sagging or insuffi cient fi lling happen.No serious complication such as rejection,infl ammatory response or absorbtion were encountered.Conclusion Allogeneic acellular dermis has the advantages of high survival rate,natural fi lling and simple operation.It is a reasonable and safe method to correct facial depression.
