神应养真方治疗脂溢性脱发经验探析

摘　　要：脂溢性脱发,已逐渐成为当代人所困扰的常见皮肤病之一,因无其他不适症状,仅为发量渐进性减少,偶有瘙痒、油腻感,反复不愈,根固难治,有损容颜,给患者带来了极大的精神压力。闫小宁提出治疗脂溢性脱发的病因根于肝肾亏虚,与血热、湿热邪气阻滞密不可分。肾主藏精,肾精生气血润养毛发,若肾精亏损,则毛发空虚而发落;血热、湿热邪气滞于患处,煎炼肌表,使毛发有源,却源往即覆。闫师运用神应养真方为主方加减,使肾精有余化生气血,辨证佐以清热祛湿等药,毛发充盈有源,邪去病安。Seborrheic alopecia has gradually become one of the common skin diseases plagued by contemporary people.Because there are no other symptoms of discomfort,only the gradual decrease of hair volume,occasional itching,greasy feeling,repeated unhealed,root refractory,there is Loss of the face,bringing great mental stress to the patient.Yan Xiaoning,chief physician,proposed that the cause of seborrhei c alopecia is rooted in liver and kidney defi ciency,which is inseparable from blood heat and damp heat.Kidney essence,kidney essence,blood,and hair,if the kidney is depleted,the hair is empty and stagnate;blood heat,damp heat,stagnation in the affected area,simmering the muscles,making the hair active,but the source is over.Yan Shi uses the Shen Ying Yang Zhen as the main party to add or subtract,so that the kidney essence has more than enough blood,dialectical with heat,dampness and other drugs,hair full of active,evil to go to health.Attached to the case 1 case.
