摘　　要：目的:探讨分析PDCA循环管理模式对乳腺良性肿瘤切除术后美容效果的影响。方法:选择2016年4月-2017年3月在笔者医院行乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者78例作为对照组,选择2017年4月-2018年3月83例患者作为观察组。在相同的乳腺良性肿瘤切除术下,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组采取PDCA循环管理护理方案。比较两组患者手术前后抑郁、焦虑状态,出院时对护理满意度以及术后6个月乳房美容效果。结果:出院时两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均较术前显著降低,且观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组患者乳房形状、切口瘢痕、色素沉着、乳头(晕)感觉评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理模式可有效改善乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者术后不良心理情绪,有助于术后美容效果的提高,并提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of PDCA cycle management model on the cosmetic effect after resection of benign breast tumors.Methods 78 patients with benign breast tumor resection from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and 83 patients from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group.Under the same excision of benign breast tumors,the control group adopted routine nursing measures,while the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management nursing program.The depression and anxiety state before and after operation,nursing satisfaction at discharge and cosmetic effect of breast for six months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results At the time of discharge,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were signifi cantly lower than those before operation,and HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the breast shape,incision scar,pigmentation and nipple(halo)sensation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation management model can effectively improve the bad psychological mood of patients after breast benign tumor resection,help improve the cosmetic effect of patients after operation,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
