会阴侧切后改良皮内缝合结合外阴激光治疗的效果及护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究会阴侧切后改良皮内缝合结合激光外阴整形的应用效果。方法:选择2017年9月-2018年12月笔者医院收治的100例在自然分娩产妇作为本次研究对象。按照随机数表法,将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组50例产妇给予传统缝合方式进行缝合,观察组50例产妇给予改良皮内缝合结合激光外阴整形进行治疗。对两组产妇的手术一般情况、疼痛情况、手术美容效果、外观满意度以及术后并发症发生情况进行比较分析。结果:观察组产妇术后缝合时间、出血量、下床活动时间以及住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇缝合疼痛情况明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组出现疼痛硬结、切口感染、切口裂开与切口排异等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组治疗有效率为96.00%,对照组为80.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后产妇对外观满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:会阴侧切后改良皮内缝合结合激光外阴整形缝合操作简单、安全,能够有效促进切口恢复,有较高临床满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of modified intradermal suture combined with laser vulvaroplasty after lateral perineal excision.Methods 100 parturients who delivered naturally in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,all the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.In the control group,50 parturients were sutured by traditional suture.In the observation group,50 parturients were treated with improved intradermal suture combined with laser vulvar plastic surgery.The general situation of operation,pain,cosmetic effect,appearance satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The suture time,bleeding volume,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization cost of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The suture pain of the observation group was signifi cantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the incidence of pain induration,incision infection,incision dehiscence and incision rejection in the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 96.00%and that in the control group was 80.00%,the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group in appearance satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Modifi ed intradermal suture combined with laser vulvar plastic suture after lateral perineal incision is simple and safe,can effectively promote the recovery of incision,has higher clinical satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
