摘　　要：论述了冲裁缓冲原理,基于这一原理设计了2000 t液压机的缓冲装置。对这一缓冲装置的参数进行了计算,对缓冲缸结构与液压系统进行了设计,并对缓冲装置的应用效果进行了介绍。The principle of blanking buffering was discussed.Based on this principle,a buffer unit for a 2000 t hydraulic press was designed.The parameters of this buffer unit were calculated,the structure of the buffer cylinder and the hydraulic system were designed,and the application performance of the buffer unit was introduced.
