摘　　要：介绍了合成氨装置变换工段的工艺流程、催化剂装填、硫化以及运行情况,并通过工艺数据说明变换工段运行良好,以及针对变换炉压差升高的现象提出日常运行中注意事项.This paper introduces the process flow,catalyst loading,vulcanization and operation situation of shift plant in synthetic ammonia unit.The process data shows that the shift plant works well,and the daily operation precautions are put forward for pressure difference increase phenomenon of shift converter.
