摘　　要：本研究以构建良好的在线医疗健康信息生态为目标,尝试对在线医疗健康信息质量实施科学评价。为实现上述目标,研究通过对现有文献梳理,综合归纳出在线医疗健康信息质量的评价指标体系,并基于证据推理的评价理论与方法对主流医学健康网站的信息质量进行实证评价研究。研究表明,证据推理方法能够有效解决信息的不确定性问题与评价过程的主观性问题,提高评价结果的准确度和可信度,为在线医疗健康网站信息质量的评价提供重要的理论参考。This research aims to build a good online medical and health information ecology, and attempts to scientifically evaluate the quality of online medical and health information. In order to achieve the above goals, the research summarizes the online medical health information quality evaluation index system by combing the existing literature, and conducts empirical evaluation research on the information quality of mainstream medical health websites based on the evaluation theory and methods of evidence-based reasoning. Research shows that the evidence reasoning method can effectively solve the problem of information uncertainty and subjectivity of the evaluation process, improve the accuracy and credibility of evaluation results, and provide an important theoretical reference for the evaluation of information quality of online medical and health websites.
