摘  要:电动汽车动力系统的耦合使得电动汽车传动液必须同时满足机械传动部分和电机的使用要求。电动汽车传动液的低黏度要求、腐蚀性能、抗泡性能显得至关重要。本实验精选基础油和改善性能的添加剂,实验调和得到五个不同配方的电动汽车传动液,并与现有配方产品进行了性能对比实验。实验结果表明:新配方电动汽车传动液的综合性能优于现有配方的电动汽车传动液。The coupling of electric vehicle power system require the transmission fluid of electric vehicle fulfill the requirements of mechanical transmission and motor.The low viscosity requirement,corrosion performance and anti foam performance of electric vehicle transmission fluid are very important.In this experiment,base oil and additives for improving performance are selected,and five different formulations of electric vehicle transmission fluid are obtained through experimental blending,and the performance comparison experiments are carried out with the existing formulations.The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance of the new formula is better than that of the existing one.
