摘 要:热应激对奶的生产有很大影响.温度和湿度指数广泛用于奶生产中热应激的评估.在此,本文综述了高温高湿环境对奶牛体温、采食量、产奶量、卵泡发育、性行为和妊娠的影响.同时测量温湿度指数和生理指标对提高奶产量非常有用.随着自动检测技术的成功发展,结合温湿度指数与其他生理指标可以帮助我们综合评价奶牛热应激,对有效预防热应激提供重要的技术支持.Heat stress has a great influence on milk production.Temperature and humidity indexes are widely used to evaluate heat stress in milk production.We review the effects of high temperature and humidity on body temperature,food intake,milk production,follicular development,sexual behavior and pregnancy in dairy cows.Although it was an important environmental indicator that could help to infer the degree of heat stress,it could not reflect the physiological changes of cows under heat stress.However,it is useful to measure both the temperature and humidity index and physiological indicators to increase milk production.With the successful development of automatic detection technology,combining temperature and humidity index with other physiological indicators can help us to comprehensively evaluate the heat stress of cows and provide important technical support for effective prevention of heat stress.
