摘  要:本研究旨在评估限饲对肉兔生长性能、养分消化及胃肠道发育的影响.试验选择384只35 d断奶肉兔,根据体重随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复16只.处理1组为自由采食组,其他两组分别在43~49 d进行限饲,饲喂量分别是50和65 g/d.结果:自由采食组整个试验期采食量最高(P<0.05),而限饲组采食量仅为自由采食组的85%.限饲组粗蛋白质表观消化率较自由采食组分别降低了8%和6%(P<0.05).粗脂肪表观消化率随着日龄增加而降低,三组分别降低2%、5%和3%(P<0.05).限饲组肉兔小肠长度分别较自由采食组提高5%和7%(P<0.05).在限饲结束时(49 d),限饲组较自由采食组大肠长度分别提高30%(P<0.05).结论:在本试验条件下,近1周的限饲可以使兔的生长性能在第二周得到补偿性改善,这种补偿性生长与限饲提高了小肠、大肠盲肠重量,和肝脏的发育有关.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of restricted feeding on growth performance,nutrient digestion and gastrointestinal development in meat rabbits.384 meat rabbits weaned on 35 days were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups according to their weight,with 8 replicates in each group and 16 rabbits in each replicate.Treatment group 1 was a free-feeding group,while the other two groups were fed a restricted diet of 50 g/d and 65 g/d for 43~49 d,respectively.Results:feed intake in the free feeding group was the highest in the whole experimental period(P<0.05),while feed intake in the restricted feeding group was only 85%of that in the free feeding group.The apparent digestibility of crude protein in the restricted feeding group decreased by 8%and 6%,respectively,compared with that in the free-feeding group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude fat decreased with increasing age,and decreased by 2%,5%and 3%,respectively,in the three groups(P<0.05).Compared with the free-feeding group,the length of small intestine in the restricted feeding group increased by 5%and 7%respectively(P<0.05).At the end of restricted feeding(49 d),the length of large intestine in the restricted feeding group was 30%higher than that in the free-feeding group(P<0.05).Conclusion:under the conditions of this experiment,the growth performance of rabbits could be compensated by feeding restriction for nearly 1 week in the second week,which was related to the development of small intestine,large intestine cecum and liver.
