摘 要:本试验采用2×2因子设计,研究了日粮添加不同水平的海带多糖和褐藻多糖对断奶仔猪肠道菌群、绒毛形态和免疫功能的影响.试验选择平均体重为(6.9±0.38)kg的24 d断奶仔猪200头,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头组.对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组分别在基础日粮中添加240 mg/kg褐藻多糖、300 mg/kg海带多糖及230 mg/kg褐藻多糖+300 mg/kg褐藻多糖.结果:与基础日粮组相比,单独添加240 mg/kg褐藻多糖或300 mg/kg海带多糖均能显著提高十二指肠绒毛高度及绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05).与基础日粮相比,单独添加海带多糖或褐藻多糖显著降低了粪便评分(P<0.05).与其他组相比,单独添加240 mg/kg褐藻多糖组肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05),而单独添加300 mg/kg海带多糖显著降低了大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05).300 mg/kg海带多糖组较对照组显著提高了IL-10基因表达量(P<0.05).日粮添加200 mg/kg褐藻多糖较对照组和复合多糖组显著提高了盲肠异丁酸含量(P<0.05),而对照组戊酸含量最高(P<0.05).对照组和复合多糖组盲肠支链挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著高于200 mg/kg褐藻多糖组(P<0.05).综上所述,单独添加纯化的海带多糖或褐藻多糖均可改善肠道形态和肠道菌群.此外,日粮单独添加300 mg/kg海带多糖可减少断奶仔猪结肠炎症细胞因子的基因表达.In this study,a 2×2 factor design was used to investigate the effects of different levels of kelp and alga polysaccharides on intestinal flora,villi morphology and immune function of weaned piglets.Two hundred 24-day weaned piglets with an average weight of 6.9±0.38kg were selected and randomly assigned to four diet groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 replicates per group.The control group was fed the basic diet,while the treatment group was fed the basic diet with the addition of 240 mg/kg polysaccharides,300 mg/kg kelp polysaccharides and 230 mg/kg polysaccharides+300 mg/kg polysaccharides.Results:compared with the basal diet group,adding 240 mg/kg polysaccharides of algal alga or 300 mg/kg kelp polysaccharides alone significantly increased the villi height and villi height/recess depth in the duodenum(P<0.05).Compared with the base diet,the addition of kelp or kelp alone significantly reduced the fecal score(P<0.05).Compared with the other groups,the addition of 240 mg/kg polysaccharide from alga fusarium alone significantly reduced the number of E.coli(P<0.05),while the addition of 300 mg/kg polysaccharide from kelp alone significantly reduced the number of e.coli(P<0.05).The expression level of il-10 in the 300 mg/kg kelp group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the compound polysaccharide group,the caecal isobutyric acid content was significantly increased when 200 mg/kg polysaccharides were added to the diet(P<0.05),while the valeric acid content was the highest in the control group(P<0.05).The caecal branched-chain volatile fatty acid concentration in control group and compound polysaccharide group was significantly higher than that in 200 mg/kg polysaccharide group(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of purified kelp or alga polysaccharides alone can improve the intestinal morphology and intestinal flora.In addition,adding 300 mg/kg of kelp to the diet alone reduced the gene expression of inflammatory cytokines in the colon of weaned pi
