乡村振兴战略背景下都市型现代农业的可持续发展研究——以北京市昌平区为例

摘　　要：党的十九大报告中提出乡村振兴战略,确立了农业优先发展的地位,为农业的发展带来了全新的机遇和挑战,间接的促进了都市型现代农业的发展。以北京市昌平区为例,梳理了都市型现代农业与乡村振兴战略的关系,不容忽视的是,昌平区都市型现代农业仍存在着休闲农业发展结构单一、农业服务体系不健全、产业结构不合理等问题,其发展水平与现代农业发展水平之间仍然存在较大的差异,为了弥补这些差异,更好的促进现代农业的可持续发展,昌平区都市型现代农业应该加强农业科技创新,大力发展休闲农业、优化乡村布局,建设美丽乡村、促进主导产业升级,打造都市型农业示范区。In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward,which established the priority of agricultural development,brought new opportunities and challenges for agricultural development,and indirectly promoted the development of modern urban agriculture.Taking Changping District as an example,this paper combs the relationship between urban modern agriculture and Rural Revitalization strategy.It can not be ignored that there are still some problems in urban modern agriculture in Changping District,such as single development structure of leisure agriculture,imperfect agricultural service system and unreasonable industrial structure.There are still great differences between its development level and modern agricultural development level,in order to make up for these differences.In order to better promote the sustainable development of modern agriculture,urban modern agriculture in Changping District should strengthen the innovation of agricultural science and technology,vigorously develop leisure agriculture,optimize rural layout,build beautiful countryside,promote the upgrading of leading industries,and build urban agricultural demonstration zones.
