摘 要:面对某桩筏基础管桩施工后截桩现场实景,发现管桩浪费现象十分严重,对此展开探究,通过分析场地勘探点平面位置图与地质剖面图,调查PHC管桩施工压桩力与标高控制情况,理性分析超长"露"出基底的PHC管桩的原因是管桩持力层呈起伏状态,高差较大,而管桩施工没有应变措施而致。由此得出结论:PHC管桩施工应结合场地地质勘察报告,与设计、监理有效沟通并及时调控桩长,杜绝不必要的成本消耗,为PHC管桩有效施工提供借鉴。Facing the actual scene of the pile cutting site after the construction of a piled raft foundation pipe pile,it was found that the waste of pipe piles was very serious.By analyzing the plan position map and geological section map of the site survey points,the PHC pipe pile pile pressing force and construction elevation control were investigated.This investigation is carried out.The reason for the rational analysis of the PHC pipe piles that are "exposed" out of the base is that the bearing layer of the pipe piles is in an undulating state,the height difference is large,and the pipe pile construction is not caused by strain measures.It was concluded that PHC pipe pile construction should be combined with site geological survey reports to effectively communicate with the design and supervision and adjust the pile length in a timely manner to eliminate unnecessary cost consumption and provide a reference for the effective construction of PHC pipe piles.
