摘　　要：通过结算新疆某项目中的某单位工程的变更签证单14HJ-U7-TJ-035,给出了计算变更签证的审核程序和处理流程,纠正了施工方错误的梁纵筋接头计算方法,明确了柱的定义,给出了柱和剪力墙边缘构件(端柱、有翼墙、转角墙)的区别,对今后土建结算中,梁、柱纵筋连接接头工程量的准确结算提供参考依据。This paper presents the checking procedure and processing flow of the change visa form 14 HJ-U7-TJ-035 for the coalpreparation plant of the Xintian coal-to-natural gas project in Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture,and corrects the incorrect calcula-tion method of the beam longitudinal bar joint,the definition of column is clarified,and the difference between column and shearwall edge members(end column,wing wall,corner wall) is given.
