摘　　要：目前我国公共文化服务体系建设重心已下移至基层,一些地区的基层综合性文化服务中心建设成效明显。文章分析和讨论了国内部分典型地区基层综合性文化服务中心在资金、人才、体系、设施和内容等方面的整合路径,以及基层综合性文化服务中心在资源整合过程中呈现的特点,如对接基层民众文化需求、注重标准规范建设、体现当地文化传统和特色、鼓励社会力量参与、建设数字化平台等。At present,the construction focus of public cultural service system in China has been shifted to the grass-roots level,and the construction of grass-roots comprehensive cultural service centers in many areas has achieved remarkable results.This paper analyses and discusses the integration path of basic-level comprehensive cultural service centers in some typical areas in China in terms of funds,talents,systems,facilities and contents,and the characteristics of basic-level comprehensive cultural service centers in the process of resource integration,such as docking the cultural needs of grass-roots people,focusing on the construction of standards and norms,reflecting local cultural traditions and characteristics and encouraging social forces participation and digital platform construction.
