摘　　要：针对传统蒸汽加热一次风暖风器加热速度慢,磨煤机出口温度不能快速达到制粉系统启动要求的问题,提出了燃油式一次风道加热装置。燃油式一次风道加热装置是在投入微油点火后,利用在一次风道中布置的小油枪加热冷一次风,在短时间内将热风温度提至200℃以上,同时迅速将磨煤机出口温度升至80℃以上,达到制粉系统启动条件,使锅炉在规定时间内达到机组冲转参数要求。In order to deal with the problems of the traditional steam heating, such as, the slow heating speed of primary-air steam air heater and the failure of the exit temperature of the coal mill to quickly meet the starting requirements of the coal pulverizing system, the fuel-type primary air duct heating device is put into operation. The fuel-type primary air duct heating device is to use a small oil gun arranged in a primary air duct to heat the cold air after the operation of tiny-oil ignition, raising the hot air temperature to over 200 ℃ in a short period of time, and quickly raising the exit temperature of the coal mill to above 80 ℃ to meet the starting conditions of the coal pulverizing system.Thus, the boiler can meet the requirements of the rolling parameters of the unit within the required time.
