摘 要:目的对比电化学发光免疫分析法与酶联免疫吸附试验测定乙型肝炎标志物的效果。方法选取本院乙型肝炎感染患者55例(2017年6月-2018年9月),所有患者分别进行电化学发光免疫分析法与酶联免疫吸附试验,对血清标志物进行检测,观察两种检测方式检测结果。结果电化学发光免疫分析法诊断准确率98.18%,高于酶联免疫吸附试验83.64%,P<0.05,电化学发光免疫分析法HBV表面抗原阳性率76.36%,HBVe抗原阳性率41.82%,HBVe抗体阳性率74.55%,高于酶联免疫吸附试验,P<0.05,两种检测方式HBV核心抗体阳性率、HBV表面抗体阳性率对比,P>0.05。结论在乙型肝炎标志物测定中,相比于酶联免疫吸附试验测定,电化学发光免疫分析法准确率更高,效果更佳明显。Objective To compare the efficacy of electrochemical luminescent immunoassay(ecilfa) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(elisa) in the determination of hepatitis b markers. Methods fiftyfive patients with hepatitis b infection in our hospital(from June 2017 to September 2018) were selected. All the patients underwent electrochemical luminescence immunoassay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively, to detect serum markers and observe the detection results of the two detection methods. Results of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay diagnostic accuracy rate of 98.18%, higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 83.64%, P < 0.05, electrochemiluminescence immunoassay HBV surface antigen positive rate 76.36%, HBVe antigen positive rate 41.82%, HBVe antibody positive rate of 74.55%, higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, (P < 0.05, two ways of HBV core antibody positive rate, rate of positive of antibody of HBV surface contrast, P > 0.05). Conclusion compared with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, electroluminescent immunoassay is more accurate and effective in the determination of hepatitis b markers.
