摘  要:目的实验研究人退变腰椎间盘组织中p53与IL-1β、IL-6表达。方法选择30例本院所收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者2018年5月-2019年10月作为本研究的时间范围,另选取30名于我院体检的健康志愿者,全部患者均采集其血清,对血清实施western blot技术检测,对比2组p53、IL-1β、IL-6表达及阳性检出情况。结果实验组p53、IL-1β、IL-6表达高于参照组,实验组p53(80.00%)、IL-1β(86.67%)、IL-6(70.00%)阳性检出率高于参照组(10.00%、20.00%、16.67%),组间具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论腰椎间盘退变患者与健康志愿者相比,p53与IL-1β、IL-6表达水平明显升高,说明三者在人腰椎间盘组织退变过程中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the expression of p53, IL-1β beta and il-6 in human degenerative lumbar disc tissues. Methods 30 cases I have treated patients of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in May 2018 to October 2019 as the time range of the present study, the selection of 30 healthy volunteers in our hospital check-up,all patients were collected their serum, and the serum was detected by western blot, compared two groups of p53, IL-6 and IL-1β positive detection. Results The expressions of p53, IL-1β beta and IL-6 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the positive detection rates of p53(80.00%), IL-1β(86.67%) and IL-6(70.00%) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(10.00%, 20.00% and 16.67%), with significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc degeneration were compared with healthy volunteers, the expression levels of p53, IL-1β beta and IL-6 were significantly increased in the degenerative lumbar disc tissues, suggesting that the three play a role in the degeneration of human lumbar disc tissues.
