摘 要:鉴于药用辅料尤特奇所展现出的多功能性和特殊性质,现已成为国内外制剂研究的重要辅料。尤特奇根据溶解特性主要分为pH依赖型和渗透型两大类,主要用作缓控释制剂、口服定位释药系统、微球与微囊等制剂中的包衣材料及载体,可达到缓控释或定位释放的目的,还可起到掩味、增溶、防潮防辐、提高药物稳定性或生物利用度等作用。本文在文献调研的基础上,综述了pH依赖型尤特奇的理化性质及其在药物制剂领域应用的最新进展。Eudragit has become an important pharmaceutic excipient in the research of various preparations because of its multifunction and special properties.According to its dissolution characteristics,Eudragit can be divided into two types:pH-dependent and osmotic-dependent.Eudragit polymers have been widely used in formulation of nanoparticles,microparticles,liposomes,film coated tablets,pellets,transdermal film,enteric coating etc for various applications such as sustain release,site-specific drug release,taste-masking,solubilization,moisture protection,radio protection and improving drug stability and bioavailability etc.On the basis of large number of literature research,this paper reviews the physico-chemical properties of the pH-dependent Eudragit and their latest application progress in the fields of pharmaceutical preparation.
