摘 要:目的建立瘪桃干药材的质量控制方法。方法采用性状、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分测定、灰分测定、浸出物测定及含量测定对瘪桃干进行质量评价。采用HPLC法测定瘪桃干中绿原酸的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C 18柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(8∶92);检测波长为327nm。结果显微鉴别特征性强;薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好。含量测定中绿原酸在0.0218~0.4356μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为98.9%,RSD为1.32%(n=6)。结论该法简便,准确、重复性好,各成分分离良好,可用于控制瘪桃干的质量。OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Amygdali Persicae Fructus.METHODS By using characters,microscopic identification,TLC and the determination of water、ash content and extractives,we evaluated the quality of Amygdali Persicae Fructus.The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC.The analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil C 18 column with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(8∶92)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 327nm.RESULTS The characteristic microscopic view was specific.TLC spots were clear and the HPLC method was sensitive.The formulated standard curve was linear over the range of 0.0218-0.4356μg for chlorogenic acid.The average recovery was 98.9%respectively and the respective RSD value was 1.32%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Amygdali Persicae Fructus.
