摘　　要：以中低速磁浮交通为代表的新型轨道交通是中国铁建战略规划"7+1"产业构成中新兴产业、新兴业务重点布局新兴领域之一,是中国铁建产业转型升级、打造"品质铁建"、实现高质量发展的切入点之一。为系统总结国内外中低速磁浮交通领域内的设计、施工及运营经验,以技术标准形式固化创新技术、减少重复创新,为保证工程安全质量、控制施工工期、提升工程效益提供技术和标准支持,中国铁建开展了中低速磁浮标准体系各项标准的编制。本文对中国铁建中低速磁浮交通标准体系的技术背景、体系组成、编制原则、主要特点和标准主要内容进行论述。The new type of rail transit represented by the medium and low speed maglev transit is one of the emerging industries and key areas of emerging business layout in the"7+1"strategic plan for industry structure of CRCC.It is also one of the key points for transforming and upgrading the industries of CRCC,for building"Quality CRCC"and carrying on the high-quality development.In order to systematically summarize the experiences from design,construction and operation in the field of medium and low speed maglev transmit at home and abroad,the innovative technologies are normalized in the form of technical standards for reducing the repeated innovation.For the purpose of providing technical and standard support to ensure the safety and quality of the project with the controlled period and improved efficiency,CRCC has carried out the edition and publication of various standards about medium and low speed maglev standard system.This paper discusses the technical background,the components of the system,the principles for compiling,the main characteristics and contents of the standard system of medium and low speed maglev transit of CRCC.
