科创企业满意度视角下的创新型园区建设研究——以泰州海陵工业园区为例

摘　　要：科创园区的开发与管理是政府推动国内产业发展与经济发展的主要举措。文章以泰州海陵工业园区之发展为研究背景,通过实证分析表明入园科创企业对于园区管理事务决策的参与度越高、园区管理公开的透明化程度越高、园区提供的公共服务质量越高,则入园科创企业的满意度越高,创新型园区的发展越顺利,由此作为未来创新型园区制度改善的依据。The development and management of the science and technology park are the main measures for the government to promote the development of the domestic industry and the economic development.Taking the development of Hailing Industrial Park in Taizhou as the research background,this paper makes an empirical analysis from five aspects:management affairs decision making participation,payment obligation and use right,park service quality,manufacturer satisfaction and control variables.The study found that the higher the vendor management decision-making,to participate in the park management more open and transparent,the park provides higher quality services,is the enterprise park Kechuang satisfaction is higher,the development of innovative park more smoothly.In this way,it is the basis for the improvement of the future park system.
