非酒精性脂肪肝患者的饮食和运动的护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的对饮食、运动护理干预在非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者中的护理效果进行分析。方法从我院2018年1月-2019年5月收治的非酒精性脂肪肝患者中择取110例进行分组研究,其中55例(2018年1月~2018年8月)纳为常规组,另外55例(2018年9月~2019年5月)则纳为饮食运动组。常规组施以基础护理,饮食运动组在常规组基础上施行饮食、运动护理,对比分析两组肝功能变化及空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,同时观察其护理满意度。结果护理后,饮食运动组各项肝功能指标水平均优于常规组;FBG、TG、TC水平则均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将饮食及运动护理干预方案用于非酒精性脂肪肝患者中,能够有效改善患者肝功能,控制血糖血脂,说明该方案护理效果较好。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of diet and exercise nursing in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 110 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study.Among them,55 patients(2018.01~2018.08)were included in the conventional group.55 cases(2018.09~2019.05)were included in the diet and sports Group.The conventional group was given basic nursing.The diet and sports group performed diet and exercise nursing on the basis of basic nursing.The liver function changes and fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)levels were compared and analyzed.Observe their care satisfaction.At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was observed.Results The levels of liver function indexes in the diet and sports group were better than those in the conventional group.The levels of FBG,TG and TC in the diet and sports group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diet and exercise nursing interventions for patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease can effectively improve liver function and control blood sugar and blood lipids,indicating that the program has better nursing effect.
