基于生态文明建设的生态学专业研究生创新培养体系探索——以南京信息工程大学生态学专业研究生培养模式为例

摘　　要：生态文明建设是新时代中国特色社会主义事业的重要内容,随着我国生态文明建设战略的推进和深化,对生态学专业高级人才的需求也逐步增强。在科技创新的大背景下,培养适应国家战略需求的创新型人才对于高校整体发展目标的实现具有重要的意义。本文以南京信息工程大学生态学专业研究生培养模式为例,分析了课程体系、教学模式、课程教材、实践技能和考核方式五个方面的改革措施,突出了"专业知识—综合素养—应用能力"三位一体以及"理论学习—技术训练—实践拓展"三位一体的生态专业人才培养模式,力求为其他高校的生态学专业课程建设和人才培养提供参考价值。The construction of ecological c ivilization is an important part of the c ause of socialism in Chinese today.With the promotion of China's ecological civilization construction,the demand for senior talents in the f ield of Ecology has been increasing.In the context of scientif ic and technological innovation,it is very important to cultivate innovative talents for meeting the needs of national f uture development and the overall development goals of universities.Based on the postgraduate training mode in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology,the reform measures in f ive aspects:curriculum system,teaching mode,curriculum materials,practical skills and assessment methods.Highlighting the trinity of"professional knowledge--comprehensive quality--application ability"and the trinity of"theoretical learning--technical training--practical development"in postgraduate's training mode.This paper tr ies to provide reference value for the constr uction of ecolog y courses and talent cultivation to other universities.
