摘 要:为全面探究给水厂残泥免烧陶粒(UCWTR)在实际重金属废水处理应用中的可行性,该研究利用批量解吸与动态吸附实验,研究了UCWTR对Pb、Cd的解吸与再生性能.研究结果表明:EDTA、稀HCl、柠檬酸、草酸溶液对UCWTR中Pb、Cd的解吸效果较好,解吸率均可达到80%以上;盐类和碱性溶液对Pb、Cd的解吸效果较差,解吸率均低于15%;对解吸过程中UCWTR质量损失而言,稀HCl解吸后,UCWTR质量损失率高达8.3%,EDTA、柠檬酸和草酸解吸造成的UCWTR质量损失率均在3%左右.综合考虑解吸剂重金属敖合能力与解吸过程中UCWTR质量损失,EDTA和柠檬酸适宜作为UCWTR中Pb、Cd解吸剂.EDTA和柠檬酸对UCWTR中Pb、Cd的最佳解吸时间分别为8 h和6 h,最佳解吸浓度均为0.1 mol/L,解吸后的UCWTR与新制备的UCWTR动态吸附Pb、Cd的能力相近.可见,EDTA和柠檬酸作为解吸剂可实现UCWTR有效再生,UCWTR可作为吸附材料在重金属废水处理中循环利用.In order to comprehensively explore the feasibility of the unburned ceramiste water treatment residuals(UCWTR)in practical heavy metal wastewater treatment,this paper used desorption and dynamic adsorption experiments to investigate the desorption and regeneration performance of UCWTR on Pb and Cd.The results show that EDTA,dilute HCl,citric acid and oxalic acid solution have better desorption effect on Pb and Cd in UCWTR,and the desorption rate can reach above 80%.The desorption rate of Pb and Cd by salt and alkaline solution was less than 15%.In terms of the UCWTR quality loss during desorption,the UCWTR quality loss rate after desorption of dilute HCl was as high as 8.3%,while that by EDTA,citric acid and oxalic acid desorption was about 3%.Considering the heavy metal chelating ability of desorbent and the quality loss of UCWTR during desorption,EDTA and citric acid are suitable as Pb and Cd desorbents in UCWTR.The optimal desorption concentration of EDTA and citric acid for Pb and Cd in UCWTR is 0.1 mol/L,and the optimal desorption time are 8 h and 6 h,respectively.The desorbed UCWTR has similar ability to the newly prepared UCWTR in dynamically adsorbing Pb and Cd.In summary,EDTA and citric acid can be used as a desorbent to achieve effective regeneration of UCWTR,and UCWTR as an adsorbent material can be recycled in heavy metal wastewater treatment.
