摘 要:该研究采用SEM、EDS、XRD和ICP-MS等手段对涉重酸泥进行了成分分析及物相解析,结果表明,酸泥中主要元素为Pb、Se和Hg等,其主要以ClO4-、CO3-和SO42-等形式存在.该实验采用氯酸钾/盐酸浸出法对涉重酸泥中硒汞进行联合提取,探索了浸出时间、固液比、浸出温度和氯酸钾/盐酸用量等因素对硒汞浸出率的影响.结果表明,四个因素对汞的浸出率影响均较小,而温度和氯酸钾/盐酸用量对硒浸出率影响较大.该实验采用高效还原法和氧化汞焙烧法分别得到粗硒和粗汞,并在高效还原法中探讨了pH值,温度和时间对粗硒产率的影响.结果表明,粗硒产率可达34.5%以上,杂质含量低于3N标准.实验还研究了温度对氧化汞焙烧法中粗汞产率的影响.结果表明,500℃时粗汞的产率可达72.73%.In this experiment,SEM,EDS,XRD and ICP-MS were used to analyze the composition and phase of different sources of acid sludge.The results showed that the main elements in the acid sludge were Pb,Se and Hg,etc.,which mainly exist in the form of ClO4-,CO3-and SO42-.The potassium chlorate/hydrochloric acid leaching method was used to extract the selenium and mercury in the acid sludge,and the effects of leaching time,solid-liquid ratio,leaching temperature and the amount of potassium chlorate/hydrochloric acid on the leaching rate of selenium and mercury were explored.The experimental results showed that the four parameters have little effect on the leaching rate of mercury.However,the leaching rate of selenium is mainly related to the temperature and the amount of potassium chlorate/hydrochloric acid.In this experiment,crude selenium and crude mercury were obtained by high-efficiency reduction method and oxidized mercury roasting method respectively,and the effects of pH value,temperature and time on the yield of crude selenium in high-efficiency reduction method were explored.The results showed that the yield of crude selenium can reach above 34.5%,and the impurity content is lower than the 3N standard.The experiment also studied the effect of temperature on the yield of crude mercury in the oxidative mercury roasting method.Results showed that the yield of crude mercury can reach 72.73%at 500℃.
