摘　　要：目的研究分析获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者血浆和脑脊液中人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)病毒载量之间的关系。方法选取175例AIDS患者配对的血浆和脑脊液标本,检测HIV RNA病毒载量,进行统计分析。结果在175例患者中,血浆和脑脊液病毒载量的中位数分别为4.99 lg copies/mL和3.42 lg copies/mL,χ^2=21089.21,P<0.01。血浆和脑脊液病毒载量检测结果一致率为84.0%,不一致率为16.0%,经检验χ^2校正=60.86,P<0.01。血浆分为高中低病毒载量3组,对应的脑脊液病毒载量阳性率比较(F=92.344,P<0.01)。结论血浆中的HIV RNA病毒载量高于脑脊液。血浆和脑脊液中HIV RNA病毒载量的检测结果存在较高的一致性,维持人体血浆低病毒载量对延缓颅脑感染HIV有积极保护的作用。Objective To analyze the relationship between plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)HIV viral load in AIDS patients.Methods The plasma and CSF samples from 175 patients with AIDS were selected for detecting HIV-1 viral load.The statistical analysis was performed.Results In 175 cases of AIDS,the medians of plasma and CSF HIV viral load were 4.99 lg copies/mL and 3.42 lg copies/mL respectively.The consistency rate of plasma and CSF viral load was 84.0%and the inconsistency rate was 16.0%,after test correction,χ2=21089.21,P<0.01.The plasma was divided into the high,medium and low groups.The viral load positive rate comparison of corresponding CSF showed F=92.344,P<0.01.Conclusion The viral load of plasma is higher than that of CSF.The detection results of HIV RNA load in plasma and CSF has high consistency.Maintaining plasma low viral load has an active protective effect for delaying intracranial HIV infection.
