校园内一起结核性胸膜炎病例引发的思考

摘　　要：我国是全球30个结核病高发病国家之一,防治结核病已成为我国控制传染病发病率的当务之急。近年来的发病分析表明,大学生已成为结核病的高危人群。对1例大学生结核性胸膜炎的流行病学进行调查,分析结核病的危险因素,对在高校中开展结核病防治宣传工作具有重要意义。As China is one of the top 30 TB high-burden countries in the world,the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis has become the urgent matter in controlling the incidence of infectious diseases in China.According to the morbidity analysis in recent years,college students have become a high-risk group of tuberculosis.Through analyzing the epidemiological investigation results and risk factor for a case of college students suffering from tuberculous pleurisy,this article expounds that it has great significance to promote tuberculosis prevention and control in colleges and universities.
