摘  要:随着城市轨道(城规)交通行业的快速发展,城轨交通机电技术人才需求量剧增。基于岗位核心能力及职业素养的专业实训室高质量管理是培养合格城轨机电专业人才的保证。该专业实训室按照城轨车站机电中心的风水电检修岗、自动化检修岗、屏梯检修岗及AFC检修岗的对应设备建设,并且参照地铁现场工作环境实施“6S”管理模式,旨在让该专业学生尽快适应工作环境、履行岗位职责,为培养合格的城轨交通行业机电设备维护保养的技术技能型人才奠定基础。With the rapid development of urban rail transit industry,the demand for urban rail mechanical and electrical personnel is increasing rapidly.High quality management of professional training-room based on core competence and professional accomplishment is the guarantee of urban railway mechanical and electrical personnel training.The training-room is constructed in accordance with the maintenance post of geomantic electrical maintenance post,automatic maintenance post,screen ladder and AFC maintenance post of subway station.6S mode is carried out in training room management with the aim of making students adapt to the working environment and fulfil their duties in job quickly,and laying the foundation to train excellent technical talents of urban rail mechanical and electrical Industry.
