摘 要:以脂溶性成分提取率为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应曲面法优化贯叶连翘脂溶性成分的超声辅助提取工艺。确定最优提取工艺条件为:以正己烷为提取溶剂、超声功率200 W、提取温度48℃、提取时间41 min、液固比9∶1(mL∶g),在此条件下,贯叶连翘脂溶性成分提取率达到9.45%(相对标准偏差小于1%)。该提取工艺具有设备简单、耗时少、成本低等特点,为贯叶连翘有效成分的进一步研究提供了实验数据。Using the extraction rate of fat-soluble components as an index,we optimized the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of fat-soluble components from Hypericum perforatum L.by response surface methodologies on the basis of single-factor experiments.The optimum extraction conditions are determined as follows:using n-hexane as the extraction solvent,the ultrasonic power of 200 W,the extraction temperature of 48℃,the extraction time of 41 min,and the liquid-solid ratio of 9∶1(mL∶g).Under above conditions,the extraction rate of fat-soluble components from Hypericum perforatum L.reaches 9.45%,and the RSD is less than 1%.This extraction process has the characteristics of simple equipment,time saving,and low cost,which provides experimental data for further research on the effective components from Hypericum perforatum L..
