摘　　要：以2019年3月吉林北华大学附属医院输液过程中被患者家属发现输液管里有2厘米毛发事件的舆情发酵为背景,根据既往研究“医院非常事件的现场和舆论场管理”理论成果和医院管理过程中相似案件的成功经验,为护理管理提供一份“输液袋(管)中发现毛发等细小异物的现场和舆论场管理”样本。Based on the public opinion fermentation of the incident in which the patient's relative found a 2cm long hair in the infusion tube during the infusion process in the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Beihua University in March 2019,and according to the previous research on the theoretical results of"management of the on-site and public opinion of extraordinary events in the hospi tal"and the successful experience of similar cases in the hospital management process,this paper provides a sample of"management of on-site and public opinion field of small foreign matters such as hair found in the infusion bag(tube)"for nursing management.
