大型养路机械基础制动装置的研制

摘　　要：针对车轴齿轮箱安装空间大的特点,根据设计要求,提出了一种单元制动缸下置的基础制动装置。介绍了该基础制动装置的主要结构及工作原理,通过对紧急制动距离、停放制动力的校核计算及试验验证,表明该基础制动装置能满足新车型的制动要求。According to the characteristics of large installation space of axle gearbox and the design requirements.This paper presents a basic brake device with unit brake cylinder under it.This paper introduces the main structure and working principle of the basic braking device.Through the checking calculation and test verification of the emergency braking distance and parking braking force,it shows that the basic braking device can meet the braking requirements of the new model.
