摘 要:渗透检测是采用带有荧光或红色染料,利用渗透剂的毛细作用原理进行检测的一种针对被检测对象表面开口缺陷的一种无损检测方法。本文对毛细现象、常用的渗透检测方法进行了描述。本文通过非贯穿型与贯穿型缺陷毛细能力实验以及不同开口大小非贯穿型缺陷毛细能力实验,对工件表面缺陷对渗透检测的影响进行了实验研究。通过实验表明,对具有相同大小的缺陷进行渗透检查,采用着色型渗透液时,贯穿型缺陷的毛细能力要远大于非贯穿型缺陷;针对非贯穿型缺陷,缺陷开口宽度越小,渗透能力越强。Penetrate testing is a nondestructive testing method with fluorescence or red dye and the capillary action principle of osmotic agent.In this paper,the capillary phenomenon and the commonly used permeability detection methods are described.In this paper,the influence of surface defects on permeability detection was studied by capillary capacity experiments of non-penetrating and penetrating defects and capillary capacity experiments of non-penetrating defects with different opening sizes.The results show that capillary capacity of penetrate defects is much higher than that of non-penetrate defects when the colored penetrate is used for penetrate inspection of defects of the same size.For non-penetrate defects,the smaller the defect opening width,the stronger the permeability.
