摘 要:为进一步提高配网线路供电可靠性,需要结合微地形环境进行防护措施优化配置,并合理采用新型防护装置。首先,以大同地区10 kV配电网为研究对象,统计近5年的雷电活动和雷击故障情况;分析了微地形环境、雷电活动和雷击故障的相关性。研究表明地闪密度及雷电流幅值受海拔高度和大地土壤电阻率影响,雷击故障分布与地闪频繁的区域有较好的一致性。然后对多重短间隙装置、新型防雷支柱绝缘子进行了试验,根据典型线路参数计算不同防护措施下的耐雷水平和雷击跳闸率,并与常用的串联间隙金属氧化物避雷器、防弧金具等进行对比分析,结果表明多重短间隙装置具有更好的防护效果。最后结合不同防护措施特性和微地形因素,对一条经过复杂微地形环境的10 kV线路进行防雷措施改造,运行结果表明对防护装置优化配置后有效地减少了该线路的雷击事故。In order to further improve the power supply reliability of distribution network lines,it is necessary to optimize the configuration of protective measures combined with micro-topography and rationally adopt new protective devices.Therefore,the lightning activity&faults in Datong area in recent 5 years is analyzed by taking 10kV distribution network as study object.Then,the correlation of micro-topography,lightning activity and lightning strike faults is analyzed.The results show that lightning intensity and lightning current amplitude are affected by altitude and soil resistivity,and the distribution of lightning failure is consistent with the area with frequent lightning.Then,the multi-short-gaps device and new type lightning protection pillar insulator are tested.The lightning resistance level and lightning trip-out rate under different protective measures are calculated according to the typical line parameters,and they are compared with conventional series gap metal oxide arresters and arc-proof fittings.The results show that the multi-short-gap device has better protective effect.Finally,combining with the characteristics of different protective measures and micro-topography factors,the lightning protection measures of a 10kV line in complex micro terrain environment are reformed.The operation results show that the optimized configuration of protective devices effectively reduces the lightning accidents of transmission line.
