摘 要:利用频域介电谱方法对油纸绝缘变压器套管的受潮特性进行了系统研究。从频域介电谱基础理论,对均匀与不均匀受潮的油纸绝缘模型的介电响应特性进行了分析。同时对现场油纸绝缘套管的频域介电谱测试诊断与应用进行了相关研究。提出了一种油纸绝缘设备内受潮均匀度评估方法。综合考虑均匀受潮与不均匀受潮时的介电响应特征,即油纸绝缘不均匀受潮时,曲线有明显损耗峰、波动等特征。并针对现场变压器套管展开频域介电谱测试与解体理化分析,进一步验证了理论模型,为现场变压器套管受潮评估提供了一种可靠的方法。The moisture characteristics of oil-paper insulated transformer bushing are systematically studied by means of frequency domain dielectric spectroscopy.Based on the basic theory of frequency domain spectroscopy,the dielectric response characteristics of oil-paper insulation models with uniform and non-uniform moisture are analyzed.At the same time,the diagnosis and application of field oil-paper insulating bushing is studied by dielectric spectroscopy test.An evaluation method of moisture uniformity in oil-paper insulation equipment is proposed.The dielectric response characteristics of uniform and non-uniform moisture are considered,i.e.when oil-paper insulation is under non-uniform moisture,the curve has obvious loss peaks and fluctuations.The theoretical model is further validated by frequency-domain dielectric spectroscopy test and physical and chemical analysis of transformer bushing disintegration,which provides a reliable method for transformer bushing moisture assessment on site.
