摘　　要：目的分析感染性休克早期集束化治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年8月收治的感染性休克患者60例,按时间顺序分为两组,均30例。对照组行常规对症治疗,观察组行早期集束化治疗,分析比较两组临床疗效及预后。结果观察组治疗后24 h的平均动脉压(MAP)、中心静脉压(CVP)、中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)、APACHEⅡ各指标改善明显优于对照组同期(P均<0.05)。观察组24 h输液量、24 h后器官衰竭得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、住ICU时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后28 d观察组病死率10.00%明显低于对照组23.33%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=1.920,P=0.166)。结论早期集束化治疗对提升感染性休克患者生命质量,降低病死率有重要意义。Objective To Analyze the clinical effect of early bundle therapy for septic shock.Method Sixty patients with septic shock treated from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into two groups in chronological order,each with 30 patients.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,while the observation group received early cluster treatment.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result The improvement of MAP,CVP,ScvO2,and APACHEⅡat 24 hours after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group over the same period(P<0.05).The volume of infusion in the observation group at 24 h and the score of organ failure after 24 h were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay in the observation group"were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 28 days after treatment,the mortality rate in the observation group at 10.00%was significantly lower than that in the control group at 23.33%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=1.920,P=0.166).Conclusion Early cluster therapy is of great significance to improve the quality of life and reduce mortality in patients with septic shock.
