摘　　要：中央与地方之关系问题既是王朝政治的核心问题之一,也是学界长期讨论的热点问题之一。唐代中后期朝廷与藩镇之间的矛盾是王朝政治的主要问题。唐德宗贞元四年(788),邠宁节度使韩游瓌受张献甫之代,潜归京师,引发邠宁士卒的哗变。两《唐书》、《资治通鉴》、《册府元龟》等传世文献关于该事件过程、涉事人员互相抵牾的记载,不只是反映了该时期唐王朝与朔方军之间互不信任的关系,更深刻地揭示中央权力的渗透与朔方军自主性之间的矛盾关系实质,而此与朔方军固有的族群观念和治军方式关系紧密相关。The relationship between the central and the local government has always been one of the core issues of dynastic politics as well as hot topics in academic circles.The power struggle between the court and military governor in the middle and late Tang Dynasty was the main contradiction of dynasty politics.Based on the analysis of Han yougui’s substitution and historical records such as the New Tang History,the Old Tang History,Zi Zhi Tong Jian and Ce Fu Yuan Gui,the contradiction between the infiltration of central power and the autonomy of Shuofang Army is the essence of their relationship.The formation of this contradiction is related to the unique ethnic group concept and the way of military administration of Shuofang Army.
