工匠精神的人文本质及其价值——时空社会学的视角

摘　　要：在时空视野下,工匠精神是人类文明史上一种特有的人文范式,它以专注、藏美、民用、守信与法度等人文理性凸显工匠对生命及其意义的深度关切。但伴随工业化进程中工匠手作边界的模糊及其精神尺度的消解,以及工匠的作坊、文化结构与手作制度的进一步瓦解,工匠精神的技术理性对其人文价值理性的批判性销蚀俨然成为新的历史处境,进而形成了对工匠精神的人文价值理性传承与发展的威胁。因此,在本质上,技术理性是工匠人文精神危机的社会根源,消解工匠手作的技术理性是当下重构被遮蔽的工匠精神的关键,从而增益于当代社会的技术理性与人文价值的协同发展。Under the vision of time and space,the artisan spirit is a unique humanistic paradigm in the history of human civilization,highlighting the deep concern of artisans for life and its meaning through humanistic rationality such as concentration,Tibetan beauty,civilization,trustworthiness and legalism.However,along with the blurring of the boundaries of artisanal craftsmanship and the dissolution of their spiritual scale in the process of industrialization,and the further dissolution of artisanal workshops,cultural structures and handicraft systems,the critical erosion of the technical rationality of the artisan spirit on the rationality of its humanistic values has become a new historical situation,thus posing a threat to the rational transmission and development of the humanistic values of the artisan spirit.Therefore,in essence,technical rationality is the social root of the humanistic crisis of the artisan,and the dissolution of technical rationality of the artisan's handiwork is the key to reconstruct the masked artisan spirit at present,so as to enhance the synergistic development of technical rationality and humanistic values in contemporary society.
