摘　　要：针对图书馆管理者胜任能力的影响因素进行分析,总结后发现影响因素主要体现包含基本技能水平、人格特点等等,以上因素均会影响图书馆管理人员的胜任能力。This paper analyzes the influence factors of library administrator’s occupational competency,and it’s discovered that the influence factors mainly include the basic skill level,personality characteristics and etc.,and these factors will influence the library administrator’s occupational competency.
