摘　　要：针对解决管理与商务工作中的复杂问题,引入功能强大、使用灵活的Excel电子表格作为技术手段已成为趋势。本文通过现金流管理问题的案例,详细介绍了电子表格建模的四个步骤,即规划-建立-测试-分析,并对其具体情境以及建模过程中出现的问题给出了具体的解决方法。电子表格运行结果表明:只要逻辑关系清晰,方法得当,所做出的模型就能够准确合理地预测不同贷款方式下未来若干年的现金余额状况,可以为公司做出正确的决策提供有力的数据支撑。In ordrr to solve compler problems in management and business work,it has become a trend to introduce powerful and flexible Excel spreadsneets as technical mesas.Through the case of cash flow manayemnt,this paper introduces four steps of spreadsheet mobeling in detail,that is,planning,establishing,testing and analyzing.The results of the spreansheet operation show that the model can accurately and reasonably predict the cash balance in the next several years under different loan methods,due to the clear logic relationship and the appropriate methods and that it should provide strong data support for the company to made correct decisions.
