摘　　要：病案信息管理是医院管理中重要的一环,其直接影响着医院管理的效率和质量,在医院的医疗管理、绩效考核、医保付费等多个领域发挥重要作用。如何科学、有效地做好病案信息的管理已经成为医院日常管理工作的重点。现阶段病案信息管理工作存在诸多问题,其势必在一定程度上直接影响医院的管理,影响医院决策层制定医院发展战略。因此,提高病案信息管理水平对医院发展具有重要意义。本文对病案信息管理在医院管理中的重要性、存在的问题及其在医院管理的中的作用与有效策略进行总结,以此提高医院管理水平与医疗整体质量。Medical record information management is an important part of hospital management,which directly affects the efficiency and quality of hospital management,and plays an important role in many fields such as medical management,performance evaluation,and medical insurance payment of hospitals.How to scientifically and effectively manage the medical record information has become the focus of the daily management of the hospital.At present,there are many problems in the management of medical record information,which will inevitably directly affect the management of the hospital to a certain extent,and affect the decision-making level of the hospital to formulate the development strategy of the hospital.Therefore,improving the management of medical record information is of great significance to the development of the hospital.This article summarizes the importance of medical record information management in hospital management,existing problems,its role and effective strategies in hospital management,in order to improve the level of hospital management and overall medical quality.
