摘  要:目的探讨外侧锁定加压钢板内固定术在闭合性胫骨下端骨折中应用价值。方法选择2017年12月~2019年7月在我院接受治疗的50例闭合性胫骨下端骨折患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同分为对照组(22例)和观察组(28例),对照组采用内侧锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用外侧锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率(3.57%)低于对照组(31.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外侧锁定加压钢板内固定术可有效治疗闭合性胫骨下端骨折,且不会增加手术时间、术中出血量,且术后并发症较少,值得临床应用。Objective The value of lateral locking compression plate internal fixation in closed lower tibial fractures.Methods From December 2017 to July 2019,50 patients with closed lower tibial fractures treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group(22 cases)and an observation group(28 cases)according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with medial locking compression plate internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with lateral locking compression plate internal fixation,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(3.57%)was lower than that in the control group(31.82%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lateral locking compression plate internal fixation can effectively treat closed lower tibial fractures without increasing the operation time and intraoperative blood loss,and with fewer postoperative complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
