摘　　要：国际赛事运动员参赛选拔办法作为中国乒乓球发展“顶层设计”中的关键一环,其作用至关重要。为更好地推进国乒国际赛事参赛选拔办法的科学化、制度化、系统化建设,运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,从训练学、系统学和管理学视角对中国队国际赛事参赛选拔办法的发展历程、特点及近段时期存在的主要问题进行了深入剖析,研究认为:(1)其发展历程经历了“教练组集体商定”、初步改革、深化改革和全面深化改革四个阶段,当前,其发展刚刚迈入全面深化改革的新阶段。(2)近段时期存在的主要问题是:战略思维欠缺,有失系统考量;助推力度偏大,有损公平竞争;刚性选拔失度,有违竞技规律。(3)优化策略是:建立以奥运会为最高层次的参赛资格选拔体系;强化和优化以公平竞争为主导的参赛资格生成机制;建构以比赛本质特点和竞技状态形成规律为核心依据的参赛选拔科学体系。As a key part of the top-level design for the development of Chinese table tennis,the selection method of athletes participating in international competitions plays an important role.In order to better promote the scientific,institutionalized and systematic construction of the national table tennis international competition selection methods,the development process,characteristics and the main problems existing in the recent period have been deeply analyzed in the study from the perspective of training,systems and management by means of literature,expert interviews,etc..The research holds that:1)Its development history has gone through four stages:the collective agreement of the coach staff,preliminary reform,deepening reform and comprehensively deepening reform.At present,its development has just entered a new stage of comprehensively deepening reform.2)In recent years,the main problems are as follows:lack of strategic thinking and systematic considerations;excessive thrust which harms fair competition;excessive rigidity in the selection which is against the laws of competition.3)Its optimization strategies are to establish a competition qualification selection system with the Olympic Games as the highest level,strengthen and optimize the competition qualification generation mechanism with fair competition as the leading factor,and to construct a scientific selection system based on the essential characteristics of competition and the formation law of competitive state.
