腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究腹腔镜肝胆胰脾手术的临床疗效。方法:选择本院收取的180例肝胆胰脾手术患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组使用常规开腹手术,观察组采取腹腔镜手术进行治疗。结果:与对照组相比,实验组的总有效率、生活质量评分及满意度均较高,不良反应总发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床肝胆胰脾手术患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,可以有效提升患者的治疗效果,提高生活质量。Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic hepatobiliary, pancreatic and spleen surgery. Methods: 180 cases of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 90 cases in each. Conventional laparotomy was performed in the control group and laparoscopic surgery was performed in the observation group. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate, quality of life score and satisfaction were higher in the experimental group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery for patients undergoing hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and improve the quality of life.
